Works like I was hoping it to.

This really helps me out alot! Especially when I have a headache or feeling stressed from the everyday things life brings, work, money, family, neighbors. I personally just take the two parts, and just massage temples, and various parts of my head, where I feel pressure or tension the most. That, and a few deep breaths, and quick 5 later, really helps me out personally. I recommend it. Its worth at least a shot, just give it a try. 💆‍♂️
